Upload the template and data
Pick the PDF you want to fill in — a contract, application, confirmation, form or certificate — and the data table from CSV or Excel. Each row in the table becomes one finished document.

For every column in the table, click the exact spot in the document where its value belongs — a name, date or contract number. You only set this up once.

Generate a PDF for every row
Based on your setup, Nexerius Documents fills in a separate PDF for each row of the table. Save, hand over, archive or print the outputs right away.
