2. Data we process

• Server logs – IP address, time, requested URL and browser identification. Used to keep the website secure and running (legitimate interest) and deleted within 30 days.
• Email or phone communication – the data you send us yourself. Used only to handle your message and any resulting cooperation, and kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server. Playable demos run only in your browser and send nothing anywhere.

4. Recipients

The website is hosted by netcup GmbH in Germany. We do not transfer data outside the European Union and we never sell it.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to info@nexerius.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
