Nexerius Merge is a simple desktop application for bulk filling of PDF documents from a single PDF template and a data table. It can now also merge multiple PDF files into one.
Say you have a contract or an application form you need to fill in for hundreds of people. You upload a PDF template and a data table, click which column goes where in the document, and Nexerius Merge then creates a filled-in PDF for every row. Everything runs on your own computer — your data is never sent anywhere.

Upload the template and data
Pick the PDF you want to fill in — a contract, application, confirmation, form or certificate — and the data table from CSV or Excel. Each row in the table becomes one finished document.
Click where each value goes
For every column in the table, click the exact spot in the document where its value belongs — a name, date or contract number. You only set this up once.
Generate a PDF for every row
Based on your setup, Nexerius Merge fills in a separate PDF for each row of the table. Save, send, archive or print the outputs right away.
